Salmon Ltd. Acquisition of Eperium Ltd. - Weesp, 15 December 2016

Global ecommerce consultancy Salmon, a WPP company, today announced it has acquired Netherlands-based Eperium Ltd. A leading digital and ecommerce consultancy.

The acquisition gives Salmon, which has a presence in the UK, USA, China and Australia, access to the fast growing Northern European markets where Eperium has a strong presence. Especially in The Netherlands and Belgium and entry into India where Eperium has operated since 2003. In addition, Salmon will now add Intershop Commerce and Informatica Product Information Management to its long established relationship and delivery base. 

Salmon CEO Neil Stewart said: "Not only does this acquisition give Salmon a wider footprint across Northern Europe and India. It also presents an opportunity for our existing clients to access the knowledge and skills of Eperium and its team to grow their business in these markets and with potential new platforms and technologies.
