The client is a leading multi channel sales solution provider in Netherlands. The client is an authority in providing solutions that could be deployed at multiple sites across multiple channels and yet could be controlled centrally through a very robust back office.

• The solution had to be developed as a product based on distributed Java Enterprise architecture with following features: Portable, calable, Installable, Hostable, Translatable, Configurable, Securable, Extensible, Versionable.
• The product had to be delivered within a specific time frame because client already had prior commitments with its customers about the deployments .
• The client was facing budget constraints because of investments already incurred in marketing and promoting the product.

Eperium adopted a very cost effective onsite-offshore partnership model to meet the client requirements. By adopting agile methodology Eperium was able to support dynamic changes in product specifications and features in relatively very tight delivery schedules and release plans, achieving high quality at a lower total cost of ownership and accelerated time-to-market. A dedicated development team was provided . Team was also responsible for providing hot fixes for the earlier versions. The team had technical competence in Java, Oracle, J2EE, PL/SQL .
