Job Description:
- Designing & developing enterprise level applications on Java
and J2EE & XML and developing custom web services.
- Responsible for leading a development team and manage the
complete SDLC for the project.
- Interaction with core development team / project managers on
project / product architecture & design.
- Designing high & low-level technical design documents &
preparing technical estimates.
- Responsible for building, driving, leading & managing a
project team. Client interaction.
Desired Profile:
- B.E / B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc Regular from a reputed institute with 4-7
years of experience.
- Experience in designing & developing enterprise level
applications on Java and J2EE & XML and developing custom web
services.
- Clear understanding of deliverables according to project
objectives following a predefined SW engineering & quality
process & practices.
- Strong in managing project risks, achieving business results &
execution of at least complete SDLC for one project using Java.
- Ability to catch up with new technologies and to work in a
high-paced dynamic environment with unknown requirements &
deadline pressures.
- Strong understanding of framework & design patterns.
- Should have excellent problem solving skills with a strong
technical background.
- Excellent analytical & programming skills.

Job Description:
- Responsible for all application testing for web based and
client/server applications.
- Responsible for all Manual and Automated Testing.
- Defining Quality processes as per applicable Quality Standards,
Audits Process Monitoring and adherence
- Implementation of various standards like ISO 9001 and CMM/CMMi
- Responsible for implementing Life cycle process model
- Responsible for building, driving, leading & managing Quality
team.
Desired Profile:
- Exposure to various kinds of Testing e.g. Black Box, Unit,
Integration, Regression, Stress, Performance, Sanity etc.
- Diverse experience in Information Technology with emphasis on
Manual Testing, Automated Testing and System Testing of Web-based
and Client/Server applications.
- Hands on experience in development and implementation of Test
plans, Test cases, and Test scripts and Test case execution.
- Involved in enhancement of scripts, check points, in automated
scripts.
- Familiar with Software Development and Testing Life Cycle.
- Experience in performing GUI testing by inserting GUI Check
Points and performed Data Driven Testing by Parameterizing the data.
- Tested applications developed using Java and oracle.
- Has good working knowledge on Configuration Management and
Version Control Tools
- Exposure to various Quality Tools would be an added advantage.
Preparing Metrics for Client Reviews.
- Should have good experience in CMM and/or CMMi Processes &
ISO Certifications.
- Leading Quality Improvement Councils and providing Training on
processes, Metrics data analysis.
- Strong problem solving skills, extremely reliable, quick learner
and able to work independently as well as a team member.
- Excellent communication & team management skill is must.
