The client had an operational system with mainframes, over a 100 ecommerce portals, Siebel systems and CRM modules. The major challenge that client faced was obtaining an organizational view of performance collating information across multiple transaction systems for the buying organization.

The challenge
The client works with E-Procurement software that has extremely complex transactional database with more than 1000 tables normalized to the fifth form. The major requirement of the client was he wanted to monitor their purchasing behavior for a better spend management as it is working with many reputed buyers with a complex buying behavior.
The Solutions
After an assessment of the technical situation and the pressing business need of quick delivery of solutions, it was decided to go with a federated ROLAP architecture. However, explicit care was taken to ensure that the key dimensions were conformed to across the data marts.. The Enterprise Data Warehouse is made up of a granular operational data store and a data warehouse.

The Client:
The client is one of the fastest growing hotel chain in world with a turn over of over 175 million Euro
The Challenge:
The client approached us for managing their procurement process. The Challenge was to make the architecture future proof because the Data warehouse should be capable of incorporating new hotels and new reporting requirements for each new hotel of the group .This project had many constraints on hierarchy and managing disparate entities.
The Solution:
We provided a detailed Enterprise Data warehouse which based on the state of the art modeling popularly known as HOLAP(Hybrid OLAP) which was at the time of implementation still only conceptual. This model gave scalability flexibility and features such as drag and drop reporting and other advanced features which few companies can claim to have used or understood.
